Excellent customer service. I got screwed over by a Sears online order that I just happened to ship-to-store. Victor, the manager, went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I got what I paid for. This was on an order that was not placed through his store; in fact, the store doesnt even normally carry the item I ordered. But he still went out of his way to make sure the order was fixed to my satisfaction.
Wonderful customer service. I was spoken down to at another retailer. I was purchasing a washer/dryer combo and they didn't tell me I was "too short" for the set I wanted. It will also be delivered sooner than the competition. The associate was also able to answer all of my questions because he is the one who delivers and installs, he did not assume I couldn't lift a dryer.

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven in matching brushed steel. John Hazen, the store owner, and his employees could not have been more professional, considerate, friendly. There was a minor problem with two appliances early on, and John was right there to address the problems quickly and efficiently. I went in yesterday afternoon and you wouldn't believe how I was treated. it was just unbelievable that people act like that latley. I was greeted with a smile on a woman's face asking how could she help me. I was then greeted by a gentleman that asked how my day was coming along. Shocking I know. Being treated with the up most respect is awesome now days. I didn't even buy anything and I was still treated the same.
