Very helpful group of people and knowledgeable about products!
They didn't have what I needed but ordered it for me and it arrived in a few days. I was very pleased with the service and attention to my needs. The staff were all polite and helpful. I would recommend this store to all my friends and anyone who asks me.

This is independently owned Sears store. I got a Craftsman tool chest for Christmas from my son and when I opened it was bent up and in terrible condition. The Searcy Sears would not honor my return(even had the ticket!) because I didn't purchase it there. They will not honor the Craftsman brand anything unless it is purchased there. The manager or whatever he was, in my opinion was about the rudest person I have ever dealt with. On my way to NLR to exchange, will NEVER buy or support this Searcy Store!!
