Don’t buy from Sears in Vicksburg they don’t stand by you when their product breaks. My new washing machine not even six months old broke 2 weeks before Thanksgiving 4 repair men and still broken. I have rented one till mine can get fixed. Owner dies care. Talked to owner and to employees several time. Still broken
Down home friendly store with nice country people working there that only have one purpose and that’s to try and make the customer as happy as they can

Came into the store and they really had it decked out in Halloween spirit. Pretty cool place to shop. Everyone very helpful.
We always buy from Tim Washington because he is always friendly and knowledgeable. He always lets us know when the sales start. However today he was not working so Mike Bland was our sales associate. Mike was just as exceptional of a sales associate as Tim. We were very pleased with his help on buying a wash machine today. He explained all the benefits and features of each machine to my daughter and I. He made it very easy to make a selection today. Thanks for having such a friendly staff in Vicksburg!

The staff at out Vicksburg sears is so nice and helpful i told them exactly what I wanted in a refrigerator and all 3 of them took me to what I was looking for they took time to figure out what I wanted and found it
