On July 17, 2019 my husband and I purchased 2 Craftsman 60V MAX Cordless 14" Line Trimmers through www.sears.com. We were told that we had to pick them up at the closest Sears store, which is now in Spearfish, SD. Yesterday I found out Spearfish has a Store ((ya WHO KNEW) ) I called today speaking to Phil, he said he would be happy to help me with my order gone wrong AND HE DID. We traveled to this store from Rapid multiple times (since ours is now closed) to get help with a warranty concern after getting the run around from the support line. They went out of their way to help us resolve our issue & set us up with a new fridge. They were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be repeat customers with them.
