Will never purchase from this store ever again. They were dishonest regarding the length of the lease option just to make a sale. My fault for not reading the small print and trusting a sales man. ....Check out the BBB rating for Tempo before ever leasing an item with this store 93% unsatisfied....
Hands down...the worst customer service of any store I have ever been a customer of. This business does not stand behind its products and gives the customer the run around. I will never make another purchase there and will discourage anyone and everyone I know from giving Sears their business. Shop local owned businesses or Home Depot for quality products and customer service and satisfaction.
