We had a wonderful experience buying through WR Sears Hometown Store! Our salesman, Justin P., was generous with his time and support even though we thought we were "just looking". Not only did Justin help us with a 10% discount up front, he even took the time to research to see if LG had any promotion going on (which they did), in turn we saved another 10% off! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my purchase and loaded it in the car for me. I thought the price I paid was great as well. I would definitely buy from Sears in Wisconsin Rapids again.
We just purchased a new dishwasher from Sears. The store was tidy & well organized, and the sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. We will definitely use this great small business again when we have to replace more appliances!
The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the lawnmower and made my purchase experience a lot easier for me. They even stayed after hours so I could get my purchase done that night. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend going there.

My husband and I visted the Sears store recently and enjoyed the variety of inventory. The store was super clean, well laid out and the staff greeted us with enthusiasm and knowlegde as soon as we expressed our questions to them.
