The salesperson was very rude. After 3 phone calls and personally going into the store, I still was unable to talk to the manager. This salesgirl would only tell me the manager "was out of town". They sold me a Kenmore Elite refrigerator and delivered it to my house, less than 3 years ago. The Refrigerator quit working, hundreds of dollars of food spoiled, and now they are refusing to assist me in getting the refrigerator repaired, even though the compressor is still under warranty.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Installers incorrectly installed a clothes washer in my mom's home and flooded her brand new home. They are refusing to take responsibility for their employee's mistake and even trying to blame my mom for the machine being hooked up incorrectly. We are being forced to file a lawsuit in order to recover the thousands of dollars my mom has spent for water clean up and repairs.
I ordered a washer and dryer for my son in Arizona. Simple process over the phone. Nicole did a great job and according to my son, the delivery team was excellent.
Great service friendly staff
I had 2 different homes getting appliances yesterday. it was perfectly set up by the sales person one after the other. the delivery drivers arrived on time with very positive attitudes even after i showed them all the obstacles to get into my small home. It was all about We can do this. its no problem. They completed both deliveries Still with those positive Big smile attitudes even after being in my one home with just a cooler...and the other with nothing to cool. Holy Crap Sears came out to replace a light Bulb in my microwave and charge me $20.00 for the Bulb!!!!! Oh I have their Warrenty , (costly)but it don't include light bulbs! Never buying form them again, This new Maytag has broke 3 times in less then a year. Same part has to break 4 times to get a replacement. YIKES Rip off Sears
