Don't buy craftsman brand anything. They won't stand behind their products. My dad bought me a 3 gallon air compressor for Christmas. I opened it on Sunday. It came out of the box broken. The metal threads where the gage screws in broke off and is not replaceable. I went to the sears in Mt. Pleasant to exchange it today. I have the box, there is styrofoam on it and I didn't even put the oil in it. They told me that they couldn't help me because I didn't have a receipt. They told me it was my proof I bought it. Had our new appliances delivered today and the guys were beyond wonderful with their customer service. We bought an in wall oven and even though we had the dimensions at purchase they still happily checked the space to make sure it would fit before they left. They actually took the time to troubleshoot with us, look up the installation guide and give us a plan on how to trim up the cabinets to make it fit perfectly.
