This store has horrible service. Would not honor a purchase I made at sears.com. They wanted more money that what I paid on line, and were rude about it on the phone. Shop elsewhere!

We are so glad that Brian bought the Sears store in Butte a year and a half ago. We have purchased a lawn mower and a refrigerator today. Brian and Blake are so professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Support hometown Butte sears. If they don’t have it they can get it!!
I bought a refrigerator in September of 2015; by the end of 2017 it wasn't working too well. It is now completely shot. I would never set foot in this store again. Buy elsewhere because they sell trash.
Actually have decent customer service. They do not care about their customers and also sell very poor products.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to purchase a brand new washer and dryer. $700 a piece. They didn't have it in stock so we took the last ones they had which are in the show room. They are scratched to all hell and only gave us 5% off. Are you kidding me that's it. Last time I purchase anything from there. Had to deliver them are selfs and wouldn't provide any box's. Good luck
