I was having an issue with customer service dealing with a Samsung appliance issue at sears but Ryan the owner has reached back out and is helping resolve the issue. Although i would never recommend Samsung appliances to anyone unless you buy protection warranty. Ryan is being very helpful with my issue at this time. Thank you!
