Charlie was so helpful! He was busy running around taking care of his customers but, you would never know it by the smile on his face. EXCELLENT customer service that you don't find online.
They carry Craftsman tools. Great value for great tools. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Stop in and check them out.

Purchased a washer a few years ago, great experience then. Purchased a dryer today, even better. The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a great deal and helped me load it into my truck. Great service, they have my loyalty.
I LOVED my experience with sears this week. I was so scared to go back there because of awful experience with the old owner/manager last year but now that he is gone and charlie helped me - i was so happy i went back there and gave them a 2nd chance. VERY awesome customer service from both the guys i dealt with :)
