My wife and I bought our first appliances from Billy in 1990, just recently we had to replace our cook stove of 23 years. Billy and his staff are great people with wonderful products!

Have problems with larger company. Ordered a $350 plow missing pieces. Call Sears to the tune of talking to 5 individuals with no resolution of a $4 piece. But! Call home store and every question answered and immediate help. That's why I always get my yard and appliance needs at OUR Sears. I got one item this Sears just hasn't been able to order. It happens. But know that if I could have gotten it here at home. There wouldn't have been a single issue. GREAT JOB to the team here!
Bought a fridge a month ago freezer stopped working already going to take over a week for anyone to come out to fix should have bought all my stuff from best buy. I thought from this sears you got a little more home town service guess I was mistaken.
