Friendly and very helpful, a great variety of refrigerators to choose from; the delivery and installation went smoothly and the men were very careful when bringing the fridge through the house. We'll shop here often.
Crystal did a great job. She found us the exact product we wanted at a lower price than expected and scheduled quick delivery/installation! Bait and switch with Home Depot is ridiculous! Sears will be our go to place for appliances. Thank you Crystal!

While there is no such thing as a perfect store, Sears Hometown Payson has been awesome. They have ALWAYS strived to make things right with the customers, at least with us! We have had great experiences there and love the small town feel.
They where very helpful I needed parts for my chainsaw they told me how to get them online very kind people
I was in a huge hurry and needed tie downs not to long ago. I was in the shopping center and thought they would be quick and easy! Sure were and friendly customer service. :) glad i stopped in there vs the auto parts store. Shop as local as i can.
