I bought all my appliances from Sears in Astoria when doing a kitchen remodel. My Kenmore fridge has never worked properly. After 3 weeks or more a service technician came out and discovered the filter housing assembly had a leak. Water was running down the back of the fridge and under the drawer at the bottom. Thea and Rick are extremely friendly and helpful. It's so great having a locally owned store where you can trust and know you will be taken care of. Thea was so amazing today, helping us pick out major appliances for our new house. She listened to our needs and helped us decide based on what we wanted and need rather than the other way around. Thank you so much, we always come back whenever we need appliances.

Great friendly hometown service
Our fridge unexpectedly died this morning (Sunday 😩) so we put the food on ice in a cooler and walked down the hill to Sears. We found the right new one (even upgraded a bit!) and the guy helping us said he’d deliver next morning and pick up our old one. Now we’re hoping the ice will hold 🤞Super helpful nice guy. Good fair deal. Charming local family owned store. I recommend checking it out when you need something. Five stars!!!
Wonderful service! Enjoyed my trip into Sears in Astoria. If they don’t have it, they can get it.
While the new dryer won't be delivered until Saturday, I can say that I have never had better customer service. Thea is an expert about her products. She is extremely considerate and did her transaction magic to save me money. She did not hesitate to help me in every way. They now have a loyal customer.
