Average experience. Staff friendly and helpful. However was disappointed that when my new dryer was delivered they trashed my old venting and replaced it with new venting without consulting with me and then charged another 50 dollars. No one beforehand said this would happen and did not have the cash on hand at the time of delivery. They need to warn people before delivery that this could be an extra cost and how much so people can be ready if need be.
