Last night I went to our local Sears Hometown store for a dishwasher. I was helped immediately & within a few minutes, I had my delivery scheduled with installation. The warranty was fully explained & I was on my way. I love buying appliances at Sears & I’m glad we have a Hometown store in Shawnee!

Has got to be the rudest place I have ever been to!! I order from sears online and it was delivered there. That man was mad about me not coming in store to make the purchase from a maw and paw store! I will never do business in that store nor will I have anything delivered to that store!!
We have purchased a Kenmore Elite washer & dryer and a Kenmore in wall Oven and counter-top stove at the Shawnee Hometown Store. We were treated professionally and all our questions were answered with courtesy. Each item was delivered on the dates we requested and installation was done professionally. We so appreciate the way things were handled at this store. And we are enjoying our purchases. We are going to need a new refrigerator soon and I will be purchasing it from the Shawnee Sears Hometown Store!
