We had a uhaul trailer on reserve for almost a week. We were to pick it up tomorrow at 10am. They just called to tell us they don’t have one. We have to go to another town and pick one up. We weren’t compensated anything. Not a happy customer
A brand new refrigerator was making sounds like freight train was replaced in a timely and efficient manner by the Sears team. Well done and great service .☺️
I bought a new fridge back in aug. unfortunately the ice maker broke and after a few attempts it couldn’t be fixed to last. I called and voiced I was upset. Next thing I know I am getting a call from sears to set up a date to replace the whole fridge.The gal said who she spoke to at the local store was very adamant that it gets replaced. I am so happy they went above and beyond to correct the problem. Thank you.
Worst customer service ever by Susanne the mgr. Ive never dealt with a store manager that has such awful customer service skills. I've tried calling the 800 number and you just receive a recording saying they can't take your call try calling later. I bought a stove 2 weeks ago that was supposed to be in on Saturday the 30th. I get a voicemail on Saturday letting me know it was delayed. I called back and spoke with Susanne asking why i was just notified of this? The WORST customer service ever!!!! The lady we just spoke with on the phone was so rude and not helpful at all! Bought a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave there ($2500 worth of appliances) and the guy that helped us load them into our truck dropped our dishwasher. The handle and door got all scuffed up. We were offered a new handle and discount off of it if we agreed to still keep the appliance. We said okay and stuck with it. That was in November and we are still waiting for a new handle...
