I highly recommend Sears in Knox! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with an associate named Kathy and she has went above and beyond to help me in the purchase of my new appliances. If anyone is considering ordering online with Sears I would highly recommend visiting the Knox Sears in person and dealing one on one with a associate.
RecommendedUPDATE TO POST: THE OWNER AT THE KNOX STORE CALLED ME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN NO FAULT OF THE LOCAL SEARS STORE. MY ISSUES HAVE ALL BEEN WITH CALLING THE TOLL FREE SEARS REPAIR EMPLOYEES. HUGE THANK YOU TO KNOX SEARS FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME CORRECT THIS. August 2019 I purchased a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears in Knox. I also purchased the extra protection plan for each appliance. Bret and his staff are ALWAYS welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my husband got the tool box/center he wanted!! Certainly a Merry Christmas for him!
Bought a real nice weed eat 3 years ago it finally took a crap 3 days before my warranty was up they couldnt find my warranty so i had to go home try to get 3 years of of bought items to show up when finally i did i went back and show them drop my old one off and told them i need it asap because of the work i do 5 days latter i was offered a new cheaper version because the to have it repaired it would take a few weeks so i am not happy with what i got but i needed a machine because of all my attachments and the lady tells me... read more
