Sears Hometown Store in Sparta... or Tomah... is my go to place for all my Craftsman tools and mower needs. Todd and his crew has gone above and beyond again. After 15 years of excellent service and standing behind your products and service, you would think I would be used to it. Still catches me by surprise even though it shouldn't. Thank you yet again for hooking me use with a fantastically fun and fast mower!! I had a blast and my neighbors had a laugh watching me figure out this fancy dancy machine. You guys rock!!
all the people at this store went above and beyond for us, brought our washer out a day early because the next day was the coldest day of the century. Brought it out after 5 and had it installed in less than 20 minutes
