They are all very friendly and helpful every time we shop here!! Love the hometown atmosphere!!
I was using my tax Emerald card and my order got canceled twice (first time I didn’t answer because I didn’t know the number, so I had to re-order my order) the second time they didn’t even bother to call me to verify any information and now I have to wait for $1400 of my money to be held for three weeks this place is a joke! Just go to Aaron‘s or Rent-A-Center and pay the extra $200 rather than deal with sears
I’m so proud of Sears of West Plains. The owners and employees spill their heart and souls into the place. Customers are number one. They go above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is top notch! Great job!
