Sears has the worst customer service of any store I have ever dealt with. My grandmother bought a new stove from them on October 1st, 2016. It quit working 3 weeks ago & Sears refuses to replace it b/c it was out of the 30 day warranty. They sent a repair man out, he said he did not have the parts to fix it. He gave her a $100 bill for the visit & said he would order the parts. This was all a week before Christmas & now they say they can't come back out until Jan 10th.
