Under no circumstance should anyone visit the sears store in Pleasanton, Texas. Our freezer stopped working today and my mom and I started calling every store in and around SA. Mom called sears in Pleasanton and they let her know they had a freezer. I called just before leaving to confirm they had it and let him know we were leaving at that time. Great local business. Could really tell they care about their customers first. They take the time to make sure you're getting something you're going to really like rather than trying to rush a customer into a decision. Very transparent with informing customers about all the services they offer and ready to do whatever is needed to take care of the customer.
This store has really helpful and friendly staff the delivery man is helpful and very efficient. These people really want to help you make the best decision when it comes to appliances as well. If you live in the area I would highly recommend this Sears.
