I was in dire need of a fridge when another large company failed to deliver. Christian was very helpful. He let me shop and did not pressure or bother me too much while i was looking. I ended up with the refrigerator of my dreams! I am in need of a washing machine now and plan to go back to Sears in Lakeport to purchase one because my first experience with them was amazing. Thank you Christian for being amazing!
My wife and I just paid in full for a new washing machine to be delivered between 2:00 and 4:00 today! ... You didn't show! AND you don't answer your phone either! Must be a lake county thing 😡
