RecommendedMy husband and I bought a pressure washer from the Sears at Lycoming mall, which closed, and it completely broke! We bought a 3 year extended warranty, but the employee that sold it told us, input our phone number wrong. That means no one can find our warranty info. Jen, the owner of the Lock Haven Sears, tried to find our warranty and our purchase for days in the system with no luck. The staff is friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about their products! The owner goes above and beyond to help her customers.
I stopped in to see if they had an oven heating element for my stove. My then fiance was baking cupcakes for our wedding when the old element burned up. I told the owner of the store my dilemma, and she was very understanding of my situation. She didnt have any in stock but she pulled an element out of a floor model and saved the day.
Those folks at our hometown sears store in lock haven are awesome! Always friendly and assist customers with their every need. I ll never shop anywhere else!
