It was a great experience, they made it extremely easy to get the help we needed to purchase a mower. I will definitely come back for all my appliance purchases in the future. All over a wonderful experience.

Dropped in the store a few weeks ago to grab some lawn mower accessories. Friendly staff! They greeted me at the door showed me exactly what I needed and even complimented my t-shirt.

I went in to pick up an order placed online, they couldn't find the item. I provided them with my contact information so they could call me when it was located. After 6 days of not hearing from them, I went back to the store and waited another 30 minutes for them to find it. We gave up on sears many years ago because their customer service is awful in general. This was an item we needed to give to someone and was a brand only they sold, so we went back for this one item. Their customer service has not improved at all.
This store is now owned by some of the best people i know....
This is a very friendly place to shop. Loved the attention from the staff!! WILL go back!
