The customer service here is outstanding. I was in a bad situation with Sears.com, (highly discourage the online store), and I came into this store and problem was immediately solved by the manager and her staff. What a Great bunch of people.
Purchased a washer this weekend. It was delivered and installed by Jamison. He did a great job, very cautious of not scuffing our walls or doors. He took the time to watch the start of a cycle to make sure everything was properly working.
