We bought a refrigerator from them. Hasn't worked well, 4 repair trips later still doesn't work. We've lost a ton of food and time waiting on repairman. The owner won't return a phone call, and "Stevo" the acting manager says we should have had a replacement fridge until ours was fixed. Nothing happened. Stevo agreed we were delivered a bad fridge, as the condenser was cracked and leaking oil. That doesn't happen sitting in a corner, had to happen before it was delivered to us! They really value their customers. They are always trying their best to do everything they can to help everyone who comes in to find the best product at the best price that fits their needs. I love the way I was treated and will go back for anything I need in the future.
The staff at Sears was great, and I love my new dishwasher. Service and the install was seamless. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Looking for a new refrigerator and stopped in to see what our options were. Kevin, the owner, spent a enormous amount of time with us going over all the features and details of many different refrigerators along with delivery, set up and haul away services available.
