It’s no wonder Sears is going out of business. Ordered a microwave online. Took a month to be delivered. What on earth took so long? Did they literally ship it from China? Had to pick it up from the store for free shipping. It didn’t work in the space we needed it to, so we went to return it. Can’t return it to this store. It’s a Sears store alright, but not the “right kind of Sears store,” apparently. Overall a terrible customer service experience. Will not purchase anything from this, or any other Sears again.
Wonderful experience! Worked with me to find the appliances that work for me for my new home. Great customer service, very knowledgeable of their inventory, and helped me remain in my price range when purchasing multiple new appliances. Would highly recommend.

This has got to be the best Sears Hometown store I have ever set foot in! The store is clean and organized and the staff is beyond words!! I have to say buying my kitchen from Christy was so easy and she definitely knows her stuff with the appliances and the Protection Agreements. I recommend stopping in and seeing her if you have any appliance questions. A+++++ to the Sears in Chester!!!
