I bought new appliances from Zach and ran into some scheduling issues with the electrician. Zach went above and beyond and shuffled his schedule to get everything delivered and installed this morning. Now, the electrician can fit me into his schedule today and get everything connected. Otherwise, I would have had to wait over a week to get things done. Thank you, Zach! This is just one example of why I’m a loyal Sears Hometown Fremont customer.
We needed a new snowblower a few weeks ago so we stopped by Sears. Zach & his staff are so helpful & friendly. We got a great deal, they put a brand new one together for us & delivered it the same evening. Highly recommend!
We bought a Kenmore washer & dryer set from Sears last week. We were having some issues with the washer, so I called & explained the situation. With no hesitation he told me I could bring the washer in & exchange or pick a new set. I thought for sure I'd have to put up a fight with someone, but it was nothing but smooth sailing!
