Visited the store today to get some input regarding an issue with my riding mower. The 1st fella gave me his thoughts & then a 2nd fella came out & we discussed my dilemma. I'm not one to be easily impressed with sales people. Today I was impressed. Turns out I was talking with one of the new owners. He went many extra miles to try to correct the mower issue. Even if that problem isn't solved, he left an impression on me & I will PASS THAT ON to everyone I know.
