Horrible at refunds. My wife and I ordered a stand up freezer. Had to cancel (temporarily?) because the money was needed elsewhere. Nearly a whole month later, no refund and we just reported them to the state AG & BBB.
Thanks to Tammy Amos and Sears. Needed a dryer quick and Tammy did a great job helping me find the perfect dryer to fit my needs and budget.
My daughter recently brought a microwave from Sears. It needed return. It was damaged. This place went over and beyond their responsibility to help her and get it all taken care of. Thank you 😊
Place I a total f**king joke I've spent several thousands of dollars in there store and they won't honor their warranty on their weed eaters. I'll never spent a dime in there again
