I bought a new stainless Kenmore stove & ref set. Just beautiful, however 7 weeks later the refrig isn't cooling. I lost all of my food. Repair man was at my home for 2 1/2 hr's, still isn't working. I now have another appt with Sears for June 26th. Going to be 90 degree's this weekend & I have no ref/freezer! This will make it almost 1 month without a ref/freezer. So good luck with Sears & Kenmore! My emails thus far to Sears with this issue has gone ignored!
Don't know how this place hasn't gone out of business yet. I order an appliance from here and it was damaged so i go to take it back and they don't accept returns if they don't sell it in store. Instead i need to pay to send a defective item back. First and last time i go here.
