Went in today with our leaf blower that was just over a year old an quit working. Somehow I had misplaced receipt but still had the other paperwork it came with. The store manager Chris was great and replaced the blower for us. I expected if anything they may send it in for possible repair. Very pleased with the customer service I received! 🙂
I have gotten some great appliances at Sears for great prices, Fridge, Microwave, Oven and Dishwasher. If I have questions about a product Jarred helps answer them all!
Mr. Mertens, the store manager was very helpful and had good knowledge of the lawn tractors we looked at. He took time with us, and he helped other customers, as well. He got us pre-approved for bi-weekly payments, and he made our shopping experience quick and easy.
