What a wonderful experience at Sears. We had initially purchased a refrigerator at Costco (Never ever going there again) and after 4 weeks of not delivering the refrigerator we decided to go to Sears. I went into Sears to buy a tool for my boyfriend. I was clueless what he wanted, but Hayley was a huge help. She helped me to find the correct tool very quickly. I have suggested this store and will continue to do so with anyone I encounter.
