DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SEARS HOMETOWN IN ENTERPRISE ALABAMA. They have no one to help you, I spent over 2k on a new washer and dryer that does not work, the people at the store didn’t sell me the extra parts that I would need, so they tried to sell it to me at delivery, when I told them that I didn’t want the additional pig tail, they installed it on my old dryer, and charged me for it, because they didn’t want to take it back to the store.. on my old dryer!! They are of no help at all. They ONLY have service windows ... read more
Do not buy anything from here! Buy from places that have better customer service because if you have any type of issues, they will not help you.
The employees there completely ignored me. The prices were missing on more than half the appliances and I could not get anyone to help me.
My elderly mother went into the store with my husband to order a side by side refrigerator with measurements on the space she had available. She was happy with the price and the fact that there would only be three options on door (cube ice, crushed ice, water). When my husband picked up the refrigerator (after multiple delays from store) and brought it home we found it was the wrong one.
