It seems buying on line gives one more perks like free next day delivery and an additional $15 for old appliance pick up. If your trying to help out the local guy and walk in to the actual store it's a different story! Very disappointed in the customer service. I thought by going in to the store it would help justify having actual paid employees. Was told item was out of stock and would be in on Friday.
