came out twice to fix my dad's Rider mower payed over one hundred each time to no avail but it took 45 minutes for another to get it running and it's still running
I have scheduled twice now for my washer repair cancelling two days of work to fit their time slot. Both times the technician called at the end of their arrival window to cancel. When I scheduled both times I reminded their call center (in India) that it was a 2 person repair job. I was assured by a supervisor that two were coming out. Lies of course only one was scheduled both times so they had to cancel. I’m out around a grand now in income and am still having to use the laundromat, which super sucks and is hard with 4 job... read more
