Recommendedwe went to look for a chest freezer because ours had died . we went to sears and was immediately greeted and asked if we needed help . we had her show us the freezer and answered all of our questions . we went around to check out all places that sold chest freezer and sears had the best deal and the best service ever . would recommend this sears in a heartbeat.
