Love Sears really love the prices and wide selection they have. They have excellent costumer services.
I would just like to say i have delt with sears for years and never had a problem with them or their merchandise. For years I have only found very nice employees at that store and will always deal with Sears. I feel its a shame 1 person has a problem with them and it gets blown out of proportion. We are loosing enough stores in Bradford and ppl have to start crap. I say if u dont like the store dont shop there. But for everyone I know Sears has been great
It's a dump!! Rude customer service!! All they want is a sale for commission! After that it's sorry I can't help you!! Don't waste you time here go to Home Depot!!
I was all excited to come pick out a new washer and dryer until a close friend of mine was treated so rudly by your store and not by just "one" certain employee . So ill be taking my business else where , and encouraging everyone I know to do the same !!!
