Horrible customer service! The owner (Tim Budnick) didn't want honor a Craftsman Lifetime Warranty claim. I showed him printed warranty claim instructions that said visit your nearest Sears Hometown Store. He finally took the tool and said he would take care of it. Months later after hearing nothing, I went back to the store. I couldn't call because the store's number (480-816-9775) hasn't worked in months.
