Excellent customer service! Friendly staff, local, and best of all they tend tl have some amazing sales!
I'm new in town and decided to stop in and see what this store had to offer. I was especially surprised to see how small it was, but I was more surprised to see how friendly everyone was and how eager they were to help. I was given a quote for a kitchen suite and I really like that even though I told the employee I wasn't ready to buy she still took the time to guide me through the process. Unfortunately I'm still in a rental and waiting for my house to close, but I definitely know where I'm buying my appliances!
I love shopping at my local Sears store. The staff is always super helpful. If I can't find it in the store they go the extra step to get it ordered on for me. We recently purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer set and had to order them in. The delivery date was different for both items and would make the home delivery date about 3 weeks out but Elena managed to work her magic and get us an upgrade and get them delivered even sooner than we expected.
