Excellent central air conditioner technician and service. No charges with the maintenance warranty agreement that we have with Sears. Bobby is friendly and reliable!!
The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in his assessment of the problem and how to move forward. I feel that was very honest and we appreciated his good demeanor.
I tried for 2 days to talk to an actual person and never did. 100% "virtual assistants." Even when they tried to set up an appointment, a "virtual assistant" named Samantha called.
