Both techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Warranty claim filed and Sunday, tech diagnosed on Monday, parts arrived Tuesday and the dishwasher repaired on Wednesday. Nice job!
I did not choose to repair. Costs for repair excessive for 7 year old appliance.
The technician arrived timely…listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with my options but did not pressure me on any of the options. He was very professional and I was very happy with my service.
