After 2 weeks of the "repair" of my dryer and being charged for parts, and service almost $500 which is INSANELY EXPENSIVE. My dryer has the same sound issue it had when I originally scheduled the service. Tried to call but I just got to talk with an AI assistant that can help you book another diagnose visit and if they found "another issue" they will charge you. ABSOLUTELY NOT! i am sure if they come they will say the issue is new. I want a refund at this point and there's no one to talk with.
Good work, but scheduling with Sears is a nightmare. Had to wait 1 month for service
