Absolutely not. Charged diagnostic fee, scheduled the service as another diagnostic and sent someone who wasn’t even licensed to work on my fridge, then after their mistake tried to charge me for another diagnosis and couldn’t even get the part needed to fix it. No thank you on this massive amount of b.s.
Anthony was very professional and provided excellent customer service! However, I had two prior appointments scheduled and the technician no-showed me without so much as a text or call.
