it only looks good in the showroom. Sears are not able to deliver on time and when they do end up delivering the product is damaged, dented when unpacked. The delivery team is also full of excuses as to why they can't put the appliance in the requested location.

Purchased a washer dryer combo from here. Delivery men broke it. Store could care less and could not get them to follow thru getting new ones. They expected me to wait weeks. Take your business where it is appreciated. I am sending my appliances back.
