They believed that Columbus needed a reliable heating and cooling company to keep families warm during the harsh winters and cool during the hot summers. Homeowner I just loved how Sears Heating handled everything. I called for overtime service about my water leak. Tim came out and quickly fixed the leak. He then cleaned the entire area up! This was much easier than I had expected. Thanks!
Too expensive, but it too has 24 hour emergency svc. Sears does gas, electric, heat pumps, air cleaners, humidifiers. Replacement parts are in stock, and it has a great do it yourself center. They are higher in price than other competiters, however if you need 24 hour emergency work done, they are great to help you out!! They have friendly people working there, if I needed 24 Hour Svc. again, I would probably use again.
In a pinch... this is a place that relies on the fact that you will need their service at some point in the middle of the night or ona weekend and they in turn charge you an arm and a leg for it. this happened to us but they did do a nice job.
SO - SO So I had an older Lennox Furnance , The tech came out was extremely honest about the issue being my Pilot assembly , so He called back to the office for parts with my model # and Serial # , turns out that Lennox does not make parts for my furnance anymore . So the Saleman Jamie called me and said he could not find the parts . and that he would sell me a new furnace for $2K +. Ouch The do a very professional job and are responsive when called. Only call when you can't get anyone out to do the work. Make sure you have your wallet handy when they come . Quality is good, prices are high.
Wonderful Company! Sears Heating and Cooling is such a great family owned company. Not only do they have wonderful techs working for them, they also provide excellent service. Although they collect at the time of the call, the prices they charge are fair. I have never been more pleased with the work done on my air conditioner.
Exellent!! From the 1st call into the office until the tech walked out the door I had great service!! The office staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. I got my appointment scheduled in a timely manner without any frustration. They knew what I was talking about & took care of me. The tech came out & had all the parts on his truck to fix my unit. The Sears serviceman, Joel, was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was able to professionally clean my furnace and identify any problem areas. This is the second time I've used their service and I will continue to do so for all future concerns.
We had a 14 year old AC replaced late last summer and are we glad we did. In addition to having cool air at the temperature set we just received notification that our AEP budget is being reduced by over $65. Clearly the advantage of having an efficient system. Our only regret is we wish we had purchased it a year or so sooner! Thanks to Jamie & the crew.
