The sales person was very nice and very knowledgeable and very thorough explaining the product and process about the windows. The installers were very professional and fast.
The 4 stars is for the 2 installers, Tony and John. who are both exceptional and knowledgeable of their craft. The 1 star deduction is for Nzinga and Jason of Transform SR Home Improvement Products LLC Nzinga handled my entry door purchase. I asked her for an itemization of the project, such as, actual cost of door, labor costs, etc. She sent a document that did not show itemization. Again.
