I ordered service with a requirement to bring the Door Dryer Hook 0023811 on the order -David came with no product and charged$138.03 but couldn’t do anything as he didn’t bring the part I Also ordered the part but it’s 5 days later and still Haven’t received it ! -so no service or part ordered or repair on my dryer but was forced to pay a service charge of $138.03 And $38 for a part I haven’t received I want both payments reversed
ice maker still doesnt produce ice despite Franklins effort. perhasps the maker made in china is defective. getting quite frustrating.
