Sears is CLOSED. We were dining at P. F. Chang's, nearby.
Didn't have what I was looking for
My air has been out since Monday, 5/20 and this past Friday, 5/24 was the only day that they had open. They gave me a time between 8 am to 5 pm. I called three times after 12 pm to see when the technician will arrive. The confirmation called mentioned that the technician will call you to give you the approximate time. I never received that courtesy. They cancelled my appointment at 3:30 pm on Friday. This was very disappointing and unacceptable especially with temperatures in my house over 85 degrees.
