Stay away from this company. They sent me a guy his name was Matt to fix our appliance and he made a wrong diagnosis and wanted me to change the appliance and buy a new appliance for more than 1000$. He also charged me the diagnosis fee. I hired a second company and they came and changed a small part for only 20$ and fixed the problem. This was my second awful experience with this company.
Sears came to fix my dishwasher that had a leak error a few weeks ago. They were sent by Samsung. The repair person ran the unit and couldn’t find a leak. Told us to use the unit. Unfortunately didn’t hook up the water leak sensor on the unit and it leaked on next use throughout my basement ceiling. Samsung then couldn’t get them to come back. Avoid use.
They wouldn't even come check out the problem because they thought it was too old for them to even look at
