The technician didn't finish the job. He told my wife that the water was leaking. I new about the valve stem leak. But it was leaking into the washer machine drain hole. He told me over the phone that he wasn't a plumber. I have a valve splitter to run only cold water. I can bet that when he connect the hoses to the splitter, he cross thread and that's the leak. I paid 125.00 and I still have to go home and fix what he couldn't do. I'm very disappointed.
