Rafael was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. We have had 4 service people from Sears/Cinch and Sears and Rafael was the one who actually did the job.
I told them I needed a float switch for the AC unit and when the tech arrived, he told me that Sears doesn't touch float switches even though the switch was there and all that was needed was to connect the wires. Also told me that Sears doesn't do drain lines so I asked him what good was he and this "service". They did nothing. Will never use them again.
Thech show good knowledge about what he does and good skills also about to talk to customer, he was very polite. Whith that actitudes I give Five stars. I wish all tech could be as the tecywe had today.
