I called to get information about the purchase of a new hot water heater. I was given an 800 number. After. Calling it, I recognized that it must have been off site in another country. Lots of people talking in the background. I only wanted to know the price of a larger water heater. Noah, who I talked to wouldn’t give me any information about what size of water heaters they had or any information on their prices. A Very frustrating experience.
They refused to sale me the part needed to fix my furnace after they told me the tech couldn't come till the 28th. I called the 16th in the middle of December and have a 6 year old so I ended up finding the part after alot of difficulty but I would not use them ever if I could give no stars I would.

Had my frig looked at june 12 needed a part with in to weeks it's now Aug 20 no part no return calls. Always used them. NEVER AGAIN
